You need a passport valid for at least 6 months from the travel date, 2–4 recent passport-size photographs with a white background, your Aadhaar card copy, and a confirmed return ticket (which we arrange). For ladies below 45 travelling without a mehram and children, a few additional documents may apply — our team guides you through everything.

Normally 5–10 working days once your documents are complete. We handle the entire process — application, insurance and approvals — and keep you updated at every step. We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks before your travel date.

All our packages are complete: return airfare (mostly Saudia Airline), Umrah visa, travel insurance, hotel accommodation in Makkah and Madinah, daily meals, AC transport, guided ziyarat, ZamZam water, an Umrah kit and an experienced guide. Economy packages and above also include hotel WiFi. There are no hidden charges.

Our standard Umrah packages are 20 days — 12 days in Makkah Sharif and 8 days in Madinah Sharif. And yes, Alhamdulillah: on a group of 15 people, 1 Umrah is absolutely FREE. Group departures run every month.

It depends on the package. Budget and Economy hotels are within a comfortable walking distance of the Haram, while Deluxe and VIP packages offer premium hotels just minutes away — some with Haram views. Exact hotel names are shared before booking.

We arrange departures from major Indian airports, most commonly Delhi, Lucknow and Mumbai — our Iraq ziyarat tours also depart from Lucknow and Jaipur. We fly mostly with Saudia Airline. If you prefer a specific airport or airline, tell us and we will do our best to arrange it.

Yes, Alhamdulillah. Our groups regularly include senior citizens and families. We arrange wheelchair assistance at airports and the Haramain, and our staff give personal attention throughout. Ladies travel comfortably in our family groups as per current Saudi guidelines.

Yes — breakfast, lunch and dinner are included in all packages. We serve hygienic, nutritious Indian food prepared to suit Indian tastes, with special arrangements possible for medical or dietary needs.
